So honored to be featured on Stigma Fighters stigma fighterstoday. This was hard to write, as it’s about how bulimia changed my life in some sad ways. I do hope, though, that it may inspire someone with an eating disorder to seek help. Please click on the link below to read the post.

My three published novels, LEAVING THE BEACH (a 2016 IPPY Award winner), LIVING BY EAR, and IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY focus on women figuring out who they are and what they want from life.
